Park Rules & Regulations


🏞️ General Park Use Rules

  • Parks are for community and recreational use only
  • Commercial, corporate, or business-sponsored events are not allowed
  • Parks are first-come, first-served
  • The City does not offer reservations, even with a permit

📝 When Do You Need a Permit?

A Park Use Permit is required if:

  • Your event includes an inflatable jumper, OR
  • Your event has more than 50 attendees

➡️ Events with more than 75 attendees must apply for a Special Events Permit


🏞️ Park Hours & Restrictions

  • No bonfires are allowed
  • Summer Hours: Park closed from 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM 
  • Winter Hours: Park closed from 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • No smoking in public places (Loma Linda Municipal Code 8.10.0.40)
  • The City does not offer reservations, even with a permit

🏓 Pickleball Court Rules

  • Courts are first come, first served

🐕 Dog Park Regulations

  • Dogs must stay within specific area
  • Do not bring dogs in heat
  • All dogs must be kept on a leash
  • No dogs younger than 4 months
  • No food in bowls
  • Dogs and owners creating a problem must leave when requested
  • Owners must clean up after their dogs
  • Use of the dog park is at your own risk
  • Never leave your dog unattended
  • Children must be supervised closely
