1. CEQA FOR MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT/66 UNITS ON BARTON RD

The City of Loma Linda invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for assessing the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project and preparing the appropriate environmental documentation in full compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The selected consultant is expected to recommend the appropriate CEQA document, whether it be a consistency analysis under CEQA categorical exemption 15183 or an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration. The consultant's proposal should clearly outline their determination, supported by a thorough rationale. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for conducting any required technical studies, including, at a minimum, a Trip Generation Memo/Traffic Level of Service Study as mandated by the City’s Measure V. Measure V, a city growth management initiative, necessitates the preparation of a traffic study that evaluates the level of service for all new developments in Loma Linda.
