The City of Loma Linda is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for both a Planning Comprehensive Review and a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review related to a proposed project at the northwest corner of Barton Road and Campus Street. The project involves the construction of a new, three-story, 58,220 square-foot academic building, as well as associated land use changes, parcel consolidation, and street vacation.
Consultants may submit proposals for the Planning Comprehensive Review, the CEQA review, or both. If submitting for both, please ensure that separate fees for each scope are clearly outlined in your proposal.
